All prices displayed on this website are subject to change without notice. We try our best to ensure all prices displayed are correct, but obviously sometimes an error will occur. If an error occurs, you will be informed as soon as possible. You will then be able to either agree to the order at the correct price or cancel your order entirely, for a full refund.
In order to make purchases through the website, you are required to provide your personal details. Customers must provide their real name, billing address, shipping address, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide your payment details, and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct.
If you are shopping for the first time on www.goodnightmedusa.com your billing address must match your shipping or corporate address, as appears on the statement of your card. This is a security measure and only applies to your first purchase. Please note that checks will be carried out to ensure that your billing and shipping addresses match on your first purchase.
ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
Good Night Medusa's (“we”, “us”, “our”, “GNM”) website (“our site”) and related services are made available to you in accordance with the below Terms & Conditions. Please make sure you read and fully understand our Terms & Conditions before placing any orders with Atelier Bordelle.
Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes over which we have no control as they are levied by your tax and customs office. As the customer and importer of the goods, you will be responsible for these charges. Import duties or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from the appointed forwarder.
IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES
All payments are securely processed, with either the standard secure checkout (Stripe) or if you prefer, you can use the widely used platform PayPal, using either your existing PayPal account, checkout as a guest, or sign up for an account. All major credit/debit cards are accepted, including: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Discover Network & more.
All payments are processed securely with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), with the entire checkout process going through https://www.cartscheckout.com to establish an encrypted connection, this ensures your data remains private and secure. Your entire session on this website is https secured, for your security.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, or the delivered product does not match with your specifications, or you find a manufacturing defect, you have the right to cancel your order provided you give us a written notice within 14 working days of receipt. This 14 days period starts from the date the goods have been signed for.
The notice of contract cancellation must be given in written form including a withdraw form.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which the goods have been signed for. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If an item is returned showing signs of wear or any tags have been removed, then it will be posted back to you with no refund or exchange given. The customer is responsible for postage costs if returning an item for refund or exchange. Please ensure that you use a courier or a registered service to send back goods and you must insure the goods as they are within your care and you are liable for any damages to the goods while in transit back to us. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of return, such as a postal receipt or consignment note. Return items not accompanied by a filled out Returns Form will not be accepted.
Please be aware, that we exclude customised items, as well as earrings and briefs from our return policy. We cannot accept items returned with removed or damaged tags.
We use Royal Mail for most U.K deliveries, who will leave a card in your letter box if you are not at home to receive your parcel. The amount of days quoted for delivery is an estimate and can vary.
Although 99% of international orders arrive without any problems, there are cases where customers are left waiting for extended periods to receive their goods. This can be caused by a customs check at the border, where the items will be inspected to ensure the contents are safe and legal. Please note that you may have to pay duties and taxes to your country's government. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Prices vary depending on your region & international orders are not eligible for free delivery.
